Audi Q5 Review.

The German car manufacturer has launched their new luxury SUV Audi Q5 in Indian automobile market.The Audi Q5 is a multifunctional SUV with supreme quality design and technology.The SUV features premium quality on road and off road.

The Audi Q5 SUV is a five seater targeting customers below Audi Q7.According to Audi the new Q5 designed for India has been designed in view of the infrastructure of the country,so there will be difference from the international models.

PERFORMANCE:

The top speed of Audi A5 is 225 km/h.It reaches the 0-100 mark in just 6.5 sec.The fuel used in this model of Audi Q5 is diesel.The fuel consumption iof this model of Audi Q5 is:

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION:

The Audi Q5 will be available in two engine variants namely 3.0 TDI and 2.0 TSFI .

2.0litre TSI 4 cylinder petrol engine which gives out 211 HP between 4300 – 6000 rpm.It produces a maximum torque of 350Nm between 1500-4200rpm.Drive type in Audi Q5 is permanent all wheel drive quattro.

3.0 TDI quattro is V6 cylinder diesel engine with turbocharger is used along with the second generation common rail technology.3.0litre V6 diesel powered unit of Audi Q5  generates 240 HP from 4000-4400 rpm and a maximum torque of 500Nm between 1500-3000 rpm.
This is the same engine used in 3.0 litre Audi Q7.

The transmission in both types are 7-speed S-tronic.Dual clutch S-tronic system with seven gears is used in the Audi Q5.Option for fully automatic mode or tip-tronic system is also available.3.0 diesel engine version of Audi Q5 have steering mounted with paddle shifts as standard , but for 2.0 TSI petrol the paddle shifters are optionally available.
